Meet The Founder

Arman Ramji

Arman Ramji founded Hirro after experiencing how broken the internship process was firsthand. While internships can be a powerful way to build experience and launch early careers, finding the right opportunities often felt unclear, inefficient, and dependent on access rather than fit.

Through his own search and conversations with peers, Arman saw how difficult it was for students to stand out beyond a resume and for employers to gain a clear sense of who candidates really were early in the process.

Hirro was created to make early-career hiring more engaging, human, and accessible. By replacing static resumes and job boards with video-first profiles and smart matching, Hirro helps students share who they are and helps employers better evaluate fit from the start
